• Preparing all kinds of periodic account Tax & VAT-related reports/ statements. • Monthly 9.1 return submit through online. • Prepare TDS & VDS certificates (Mushak - 6.6) and provide them to vendors, Ensure monthly TDS and VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. Treasury. • Return of Withholding Taxes Return -Monthly. • Prepare Advance Income Tax -Quarterly • Ensure submission of Income Tax & VAT returns in due time along with the required documents. Preparing & posting vouchers to accounting software Tally Prime. • Tax professional skilled in AIT calculations for local and foreign staff, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. • Monitor Mushak versions 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6, 6.7, and 6.8 for performance and user feedback while ensuring regular updates and backups. • Maintain all necessary books and records of accounts for respective business units as assigned and posting accounts software Tally Prime such as (Supplier Ledgers, Customer Ledger, Fixed Assets Ledger with Depreciation). • Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement- FBPAR, RAD, RAD-30 and ERQ, SOD, CD Accounts. • Preserve properly all kinds of bills and Vouchers, Documents, and Reports of Financial transactions for internal auditing, external auditing, and statutory purposes. statutory authority. • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
