Duties/Responsibilities a. Regular organizing and facilitating workshops, training, meetings and events.’ b. Prepare training plan, design and develop training programs, organize training courses and ensure participation of trainees. c. Monitor the quality of the training courses as per the Business Plan. d. Design and prepare training materials including training modules. e. Developing monitoring tools for effectively monitoring training activities during the implementation of the program f. Assist in developing monitoring tools for effectively monitoring training activities during the implementation of the program g. To records of training courses and monitoring tools and prepare monitoring reports of all activities h. Prepare background material, working papers and tables for briefing and review sessions. i. Prepare budget estimates and expenditure forecasts by analysing and monitoring the situation. j.Prepare workshops/training bill. k. Monthly reports on progress in the delivery of outputs with reference to the Implementation Agreement. l. Collect and submit reports/documents from the consultants/contractors reflecting timely delivery of their agreed outputs. m. Regular update of documents of all activities align with budgetary focus. n. Maintain correspondence, documents and programme & training reports for next payment process. o. Submit monthly/quarterly and final reports to Skills 21 project.

Carry out regular programme related support functions to the component team including planning, organizing and facilitating workshops, training events & consultative meetings. e. Maintain correspondence, documents and programme & training reports to ensure format. f. Maintain and update databases and records on programming activities for programme monitoring and evaluation purposes. g. Carry out specific operational and/or control tasks for project implementation.
Making bills-voucher, Journal and ledger, To maintain Cash book. To make workshop budget, To make Notice and Computer related works.
